    Poor service. We were asked to stand outside for more than 3 hrs as in from 12:14 - 15:30 then we were called inside to still sit n do some more waiting, when all i wanted was a birth certificate that was made at the hospital but need to be collected at home affairs. So does one realy need to have 3 hrs break or is it just another way for escalating their poor service? Whatever the case, im just hsppy to have finaly got the sertificate. If i could get it privately i would....... Poor of the poorest service. More...
